RETURN POLICY – AISHA’S COLLECTIONS
Thank you for your purchase!
We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Exchanging or returning can be done quickly and easily by CLICKING HERE.
RETURN PERIOD
We offer a 14-day return period, allowing customers to return their package without providing a reason. The 14 days start from the date the package is received. Please ensure that the return shipment is sent back within this timeframe.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- All clothing items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in a resellable condition, with original tags still attached.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can return your order for a refund or opt for a voucher.
REFUND POLICY
Refund to Original Payment Method:
If you choose to receive your refund via your original payment method, it typically takes 7-10 business days. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we process it within 10 working days. You can track your return using the tracking information provided with your shipment. After the refund is issued, you will receive an email notification. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
- Underwear (including socks)
- Final sale items (marked as non-refundable)
- Items exceeding the 14-day return window
- Worn or damaged clothing that has not been reported to our customer support team before returning. If such items are sent back, the return will be rejected, and the products will be disposed of.
RETURN COSTS
- Returns are at your own cost, depending on the courier and the country you return your package from.
- We are not responsible for customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns.
- Customers must keep proof of shipment until their order has been processed in our warehouse. We cannot assist with lost returns if proof of shipment is not provided.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Once your return is received at our warehouse, we aim to process it within 10 working days. You can track your return via the provided tracking number. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that it can take up to 7 days before the refund is visible in your bank account.
